Credit Counseling

This is information for current Bankruptcy clients:

The first credit counseling is only good for six months and must be completed prior to filing Bankruptcy. It can be found at, www.abacuscc.org . When asked to type in an email address please put in LawOffice@BrownVanHorn.com. That way we will have your certificate for filing with the Court.

The second credit counseling is required after you file Bankruptcy, but before your discharge. You will receive a letter from us, prior to the deadline letting you know when to complete this. It can be found at, www.CCCS-express.org . When asked for a firm code please enter 5032.
